Last updated: 27 March 2026 · Lumo Wallet LLC: Version 1.0

This page is provided for transparency and should be read together with all applicable Lumo Wallet policies, partner terms and local laws. Lumo Wallet is non-custodial and does not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.

Introduction

Digital assets are volatile, high-risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your funds.

This disclosure explains key risks connected with using Lumo Wallet, crypto assets, blockchain networks, swaps, on/off-ramp services, card-related features and business payment tools.

Non-custodial wallet risk

Lumo Wallet is non-custodial. You are responsible for safeguarding your private keys, recovery phrase, device access and wallet credentials.

If you lose your recovery phrase or private keys, Lumo Wallet cannot recover your wallet or funds. Anyone with access to your recovery phrase may be able to steal your assets.

Cryptocurrency risk

Crypto asset prices can move rapidly and unpredictably. Assets may lose value, become illiquid, be delisted, suffer technical failures or become subject to regulatory restrictions.

Stablecoins, tokens, wrapped assets and network-native assets each carry their own issuer, protocol, liquidity and market risks.

Transaction risk

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once submitted or confirmed. Sending assets to the wrong address, wrong network or unsupported token contract can result in permanent loss.

Network congestion, gas fees, failed transactions, smart contract behaviour and confirmation delays are outside Lumo Wallet's control.

Technology and security risk

Wallet software, devices, networks, smart contracts, websites, plugins, browsers and third-party systems may contain bugs, vulnerabilities or outages.

Users should keep devices secure, update software, avoid phishing links and verify transaction details before confirming.

Third-party service risk

On-ramp, off-ramp, swaps, card features, business payments, analytics, infrastructure and compliance checks may depend on third-party providers.

Those providers may change fees, limits, supported assets, supported regions, onboarding requirements or availability. Their services may be suspended, delayed or declined.

Regulatory risk

Digital asset laws are evolving and may change quickly. New rules may affect asset availability, transfers, card access, business payments, taxes, reporting, KYC/KYB, sanctions screening or service availability.

You are responsible for understanding laws that apply to you.

No financial advice

Lumo Wallet does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. Information shown in the app, website or Pulse should not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or use any asset.

You should make your own decisions and seek professional advice where needed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumo Wallet is not responsible for losses caused by market movement, user error, lost recovery phrases, third-party provider decisions, network failure, unsupported assets, phishing, malware, smart contract bugs or regulatory change.

Acceptance of risk

By using Lumo Wallet, you acknowledge that you understand the risks of digital assets, self-custody, blockchain transactions and third-party crypto services.

Do not use Lumo Wallet with funds you cannot afford to lose.
