Take card payments
on your website.

Lumo Card Checkout lets your business take debit and credit cards on your own site, beside the crypto checkout you already have. One account, both ways to pay.

Customers who would rather pay by card can do so without leaving your store, and the crypto path stays exactly as it is.

In everyday language

What this means for you.

Two ways to pay on the same store, with the card side priced plainly and billed only once it is live.

01
What it is

Card payments on your site.

Customers can pay by debit or credit card at your checkout, on your invoices and through your plugins, as well as in crypto.

02
How funds are held

Custodial, with KYC.

Card takings are held by a regulated payments partner until you pay them out to your bank. That is why applying needs identity and business checks.

03
What it costs

A subscription plus a card rate.

£29 a month, first month free, then a percentage plus 30p on each card payment, set by where the card was issued.

04
Refunds and funds

Managed in the app.

Refund in full or in part from the app. If your Card Checkout balance is low, add funds by bank transfer.

05
What a payout costs

1% + £0.50 to your bank.

Card takings are paid out to your bank account for 1% plus £0.50. This is separate from the 1.5% that applies when you withdraw crypto.

06
How it fits together

One account, then one more application.

Lumo Business approval (within 24 working hours) gives you Lumo Crypto Checkout and Lumo Invoicing. Apply for Lumo Card Checkout separately in the app. Once it is approved (within 48 working hours), card payment appears automatically on your checkout, your invoices and your plugins.
